The Sydney Morning Herald GOOD FOOD GUIDE 2011:

Meridian Cafe

85 George Street, Marulan.  Telephone 4841 1126

“Since Lynwood (at Collector), the road south is a gastronomic desert.  A short detour into the old town of Marulan provides a warm and rustic respite.  It’s just a simple neighbourhood cafe, but the coffee is fine and home-cooked meals come quickly and with country friendliness.”

Our cafe serves great,SEASONAL BREAKFASTS AND LUNCHES from Thursday through to Monday, 8am-3pm.

We offer the BEST COFFEE between Sydney and Melbourne…Grinders, GIANCARLO blend, as well as T2 leaf tea, real milkshakes, iced coffee or chocolate, hot chocolate and orange juice, squeezed on the spot.

All meals, including cakes and desserts, are cooked on the premises, using fresh, seasonal and local produce.(bio-dynamic salad greens & herbs)

Our Blackboard Menu varies each week, dependent on fresh seasonal produce and, of course, weather variations!  No matter the menu or weather, we guarantee all meals are fresh and delicious …and will most certainly surprise you!  Some asian flavours, some mediterranean flavours……

We are now a VISITORS INFORMATION CENTRE providing great guides, maps, brochures and What’s On Newsletters, inviting you to taste more experiences on your journey south.
